Jeffrey Thomas Thacher (born December 23, 1967), known by his artist name Jeff Thacher is a vocal percussionist and singer, who was born in Noank, a village in the town of Groton, Connecticut.

He has been the vocal percussionist for the US-American a capella group Rockapella since 1993.
