Standard Beatbox Notation (abbreviated SBN) is a notation system, which enables the transcription of beatbox sounds and rhythms using ordinary characters on a standard English (US/UK) computer keyboard.
SBN was developed by Mark Splinter and Gavin Tyte. It was first published on the website Humanbeatbox.com in 2002.
